Gary Morewood, Company Director

Prior to my twenty years as an independent financial adviser, I was sales and finance director for a Sheffield manufacturing company, which experience I put to good use offering management assistance to small and medium enterprises. I also head up our investment market selection and portfolio management functions.

My leisure interests include badminton, skiing, sub-aqua, architecture, historic buildings, natural sciences, food and fine wine.

Simon Kearney

A financial adviser for twenty years and holder of the coveted Certified Financial Planner status, I also have specialist qualifications in the areas of retirement planning and implementation and in the use of Trusts. Besides drawing up comprehensive financial plans with clients I cover Inheritance Tax planning within the practice.

When not working for clients or following up my interests in natural history, I like nothing better than to get away to the fells of the Lake District.

Ian Morewood

In addition to being an independent financial adviser and the company’s mortgage specialist, I conduct product research and assist Gary in fund data analysis. I also provide IT support.

Whilst not at work I spend most of my time with my young family. I enjoy activity sports both in the mountains and by the sea.

John Moulton

Previously an independent financial adviser I am now practice manager.

I have a background in large business management and have offered assistance to businesses supported by the “The Prince’s Youth Business Trust”.

Gary and I offer business advice skills to clients of the practice. We have a wealth of knowledge about property acquisition and investment, including in relation to pension funding.

Whilst not working I enjoy caravanning, holidays in Spain and a good glass of red wine.
